St. George's College is seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join their team, as the Head of the Quilmes primary school.

● Length of contract: 2 years.
● Housing: on site accommodation provided
● Flights: Flight to and from destination covered at the end of each contract
● Medical insurance: Local medical insurance provided.

● An appropriate degree in educational leadership, or a related field.
● An in depth knowledge of expected policies and procedures and experience
of their implementation at senior leadership level.
● Knowledge and experience in teaching the IB Primary Years Programme
● Experience in leading accreditation inspections.
● Experience in international education, preferably in more than one country.
● Experience of school improvement and strategic planning.
● The ability to motivate and inspire others: both colleagues and pupils.
● The ability to work well in teams.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking
and executive level presentations.
● A high degree of administrative efficiency and the ability to work to deadlines.
● Excellent IT skills.
● The ability to communicate effectively in a bilingual setting.
● Relevant teaching experience, preferably in primary level.
