Description
San Silvestre is looking for a Head of Primary to start next academic year.
The Head of Primary is responsible for the successful running of the Primary School, ensuring the strategic vision reflects the most current trends in education, without ever losing sight of the school’s mission, core values and sense of identity. The Head of Primary will report directly to the Head of the whole school and will work in close partnership with the Senior Leadership Team. This is a full-time post beginning August 2024.

Requirements
● Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
● Relevant teaching experience, preferably at the primary level.
● Proven leadership experience within an educational setting.
Desirable Experience:
● Experience in international education, preferably in a leadership role.
● Strong understanding of through school educational models.
