Punta del Este, "the Pearl of the Atlantic", is a beautiful resort located at the point where the River Plate reaches the Atlantic
Ocean, 90 minutes’ drive east of Montevideo. The easiest way to get there is to fly to Montevideo (MVD) and take one of the regular buses to Punta. You can also take the boat across from Buenos Aires, but you will still need to do the last leg by bus.
We have secured the Grand Hotel Punta del Este as the conference hotel. It is beautifully located, modern and provides an intimate venue while also catering for all your needs. We have 69 rooms blocked until December 20th, after which date unbooked rooms will be made available to the general public, so make sure that you don’t leave it too late and book your rooms now!
