Description

Requirements
Education
● Bachelor’s Degree in Education, with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Teaching License, QTS, or international equivalent).
● Master’s Degree in Education, Curriculum, Educational Leadership or related fields.
Certification
● IB training and certifications (PYP, MYP, and DP) Experience
● Minimum of 5 years in academic leadership positions within IB schools.
● Experience leading curriculum alignment and institutional academic improvement processes.
● Experience in teacher evaluation and academic data analysis. Technical Competencies
● Strong knowledge of the IB curriculum and active teaching methodologies.
● Experience with academic data analysis and institutional dashboards.
● Knowledge of evidence-based assessment and pedagogical quality assurance systems.
● Understanding of international educational standards and pedagogical management.
● Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
