School Leaders Training specialises in delivering leadership development programmes, involving training and coaching, as well as consultancy in areas such as cross functional collaboration, change management, organisational culture and senior leader appraisal.
Established over 8 years ago, we now work with schools all over the world. Along with delivering programmes for academic leaders, we also offer leadership development for leaders with admin roles in schools (marketing, finance, HR, front office etc).
We offer bespoke or ready-made packages, and can also offer one-off training in areas such as: motivating others, giving feedback and tough conversations, effective communication and building successful teams.
