Our well-established Primary School is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, creative and experienced PPA / Cover Teacher to start in late August 2026. Applicants for the post will have up-to-date knowledge and be experienced practitioners across the primary age range. We are particularly looking for candidates who are flexible and adaptable teachers and are able to move successfully from class to class delivering consistently good teaching and learning through both scheduled and reactive cover. The successful applicant will join a dedicated and dynamic team and will work in our 320 pupil school, situated in the capital, Stanley. We are a values led organisation with our students at the centre of all that we do as a school. This is a unique opportunity to experience life overseas whilst working within a familiar English school system.

• focused on helping children achieve high levels of progress in a happy and effective learning environment
• a graduate with qualified teacher status (appropriate age range) who has completed their ECF induction and preferably has at least 1 years' successful teaching experience post ECF
• experienced across the primary range, specialising in one or two subject areas e.g. computing
• can demonstrate a thorough recent knowledge of the English National Curriculum
