Position Overview:
Montenova are seeking an experienced and inspiring Head of Preschool to lead the Early Years & Preschool section (18 classes total) . This role is responsible for overseeing the academic, operational, and cultural development of the Preschool division, ensuring alignment with the IB PYP philosophy and the overall vision of Montenova.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can support and develop teachers, build strong relationships with families, and build a nurturing, high-quality learning environment for young learners.
This position will work closely with the Head of School and leadership team to align strategic goals.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
• IB PYP experience (required), ideally within Early Years.
• Proven leadership experience in a school setting (e.g., coordinator, head of section, etc.)
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
• International school experience preferred.
