For July 2026, Newton College are looking for a dynamic Early Years Teacher who is committed to the holistic growth of pupils. Staff are well supported by subject coordinators, a student engagement department and teachers of specialist subjects.

Hold a teaching degree in Early Childhood Education, preferably with an EAL speciality.
Have a minimum of two years teaching experience in an Early Years setting.
Have experience of teaching English as an additional language.
Demonstrate excellent classroom practice that promotes inquiry and play-based learning.
Command a wide range of digital tools for teaching, communicating and data collecting.
Possess excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
Possess excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Demonstrate a growth mind-set and positive drive.
Experience teaching the IB PYP would be advantageous.
Some knowledge of Spanish would be advantageous.
