Role & Impact:
• Provide strategic leadership across Digital Learning, Educational Technology, and IT innovation throughout the School.
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to design and implement a future-ready digital strategy aligned with the School’s educational vision and priorities.
• Lead the development of a clear AI strategy and governance framework, ensuring the ethical, safe, and effective use of AI in education.
• Support staff in integrating digital learning and educational technology across the curriculum, building confidence and capability.
• Drive measurable improvements in teaching, learning, and staff confidence through the purposeful use of technology.
• Work closely with pastoral care to promote e-safety, digital citizenship, and responsible online behaviour.
• Provide strategic oversight of cybersecurity measures, safeguarding school data, systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities to support continuous improvement and innovation across the School.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Proven track record in leading digital transformation within an educational setting. Experience in Latin America is desirable.
• Strong understanding of AI strategy and governance, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and digital learning.
• Ability to inspire teams and work collaboratively across functions to foster a culture of digital innovation.
• Forward-thinking mindset with a focus on measurable impact and continuous improvement.
• Passion for digital citizenship, anti-cyberbullying initiatives, and ethical technology use.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Proven track record in leading digital transformation within an educational setting. Experience in Latin America is desirable.
