LAHC member wins ESU Global Best Teacher Award 2020

Last November David was one of three country finalists for the National Best Teacher Award in Chile. All finalists from around the world were automatically registered for the English Speaking Union (ESU) Global Best Teacher Award in London. Its headquarters are in Dartmouth House, London.

After interviews, reviewing references and evidence by the central panel David was confirmed as coming first, winning the Global Award last week!

He has been a passionate advocate for using English learning to develop excellence and social impact, such as with Model United Nations, Project Citizen and best classroom practice. Last year David was involved in Chile hosting the first LAHC sponsored MUN, CraigMUN2019.
