Requirements
is a graduate primary teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (recognisable in UK) who has
completed the statutory induction year as an NQT and has 8 or more years’ primary experience
teaching
is an excellent EYFS and primary classroom practitioner who can model excellent practice
has at least 3 years primary school leadership and management experience in a whole school
context and a proven record of school improvement
is able to lead and efficiently manage staff to ensure that the quality of education; behaviour
and attitudes; personal development; leadership and management at the Infant Junior School &
Camp Education are continuously improving.
