Description
Our well-established Primary School is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, creative and experienced
Primary Travelling Teacher to start as soon as possible. Applicants for the post will have up-to-date
knowledge and be experienced primary practitioners. The successful applicant will work across the
Falkland Islands in several remote teaching and learning settings. The successful candidate
appointed to Travelling Teacher position will travel to different rural locations, live with families and
teach pupils in their homes. Travelling teachers are supported by a dedicated team and must be
able to work effectively and autonomously. Applicants will have very good interpersonal skills that
will enable them to integrate effectively with the families and pupils they will live and work
alongside.
Applicants for the posts should have experience across the primary range, and particularly within
Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1.
This is a unique opportunity to live overseas whilst working within an English school system. Our
