Requirements
Bachelors degree in Education.
Minimum three years of experience working as a Primary Coordinator.
General knowledge of the Peruvian educational system.
Familiarity with the philosophy and principles of the International Baccalaureate and its
programs.
Experience with the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP).
Experience working with students with learning needs (not mandatory).
Strong leadership, teamwork, assertive communication, decision-making, and ability to
work under pressure.
English proficiency: Native
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Workspace, and Google Suite.
Knowledge and use of various educational digital resources.
