- Service learning programme: We have a well-developed service learning programme that runs through primary and secondary and that we are looking at developing more in Early Years

- Staff accountability: An area that I feel means we do not work in the most effective way as many people just leave their responsibilities to others
- Meaningful feedback to staff and students: This needs working on, not just feedback that is there because we have to, but something that really helps people take next steps

- Exchanges: We already have done one with Victoria school and we're looking at doing another one
