important step in creating a culture you know and then I'm thinking about the next levels you know that the systemic level from the perspective of a student on the Dynamics happen within a car you things you know they are so closely related to what you've been talkin about and you know normally we have to wait until there's a really big problem in a car you know what to do an intervention and groups on a regular basis sit down and do a little reflection with them on how the process is going and insulting us now it's some similar to the process you were describing you know in the in the group for the team and and I don't think did it would be that difficult to sort of reframe the whole learning process in terms of you've described therein end it isn't that those levels of coaching and you know it would be absolutely amazing and just thinking about what's been happening for the last year in Ohio with kids having to be a lot more in the pan an elaborate different Dynamic where I mean okay to an extent some teachers still have but but standing up for the frontal King has not been an option A lot of the time I missed 121 and small group interaction absolutely I think it would be great it'll probably do some for the pilot project for the you know if they were schools within lahc that are interested in in exploring outside because I think it could really as you saying this in the final level it could really be transformative thank you I think it's interesting when I can and if you think about memberships letting you mentioned about online learning and no reason why action learning sets so you know there's no reason why she was a question membership student couldn't connect because I don't want any way depending on time zones do they cook connect across that special place in my things I'm glad that I could bring that challenges to the table with six for whatever at 6 and then they can coach each other on the kind of things are going through with the going to look into each other's and the question is a fundamental coaching skills it would invite you to stop to use these cuz you might find it beneficial to him as well start to get a systemic younger we collect it up and then give it back to them the next time we go on a trip or something like that and the frenzy when they're raining all the stuff that I've written previously that the leaders of the ones who do the guided reflection can we do a reflection of what makes a good team and tell me 10 10 tips and things like that so when they're in a cab when they're 10 years old that
